Yoga rods work: The rods are used to support the lift in the shoulders in preliminary headstand & full headstand. Used as a pair or singularly they hold the shoulders away from the floor, supporting the action required in headstand, as well as relieving tension build-up on the top of the trapezius. Ideal for all students working towards full headstand.

Other uses: Under the trapezius in Shouldstand and Halasana. Supporting the shin in Padmasana, protecting the knee joint.

Relieves: tension headaches and neck compression issues.

Includes: 2 rods + 2 rod ends.
