Block - How to practice inversions, back bends & bakasana using two Cork Blocks.

Inversion practice daily is essential to taking care of all your body systems.

Back bends - supported or active - builds strength in the legs and arms but ultimately keeps the spine supple and agile.

Bakasana counter balances the backbend, strengthens the arms and builds confidence.

The video is a quick succession of asanas (postures). However the practice works best the longer each posture is held.
