Bolster - Pranayama & Meditation

A flatter bolster Yoga Arts Pranayama bolster is broader and flatter than the standard. It is a great accompaniment to the larger, thicker standard and oblong bolsters.

Traditionally used as a support for lying down restorative yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises). Also ideal for seated mediation, as it provides a broad base.

Made in NZ, both the inner and outer fabric is made with a heavy, durable poly/cotton. The outer is removable.
