Morning Practice with Deb Mann @fourwindsyoga6706

"Starting the practice with the spine on the floor - there is a width and length that comes across the sacrum, the back of the pelvis.

From there the effect is felt up into the torso particularly back towards the lumbar, a pinning back action, the abdominal wall is contained.

This supports the length and then width into the chest, it gives you access to the armpit chest and upper back.

Final extension, in the opposite direction, top shoulders down towards the buttocks, top buttock to lower buttock - it circles back to where it came from , back to the origin point, the sacrum.

The tightness from overnight unravels."
