Rope Sarvangasana -

arms and head supported on a chair,

baddha konasana legs + upavstha konasana legs.

Rope Sirsasana -

Pelvis hanging in the sling, baddha konasana legs +

arm variations using top ropes.

Supported Handstand

legs extended but still entwined around the sling,

back into..

Rope Sirsasana & Rope Sarvangasana

Standing -

pause here to equalize

Standing Back Arch -

on the sling holding the top ropes.
